Try Before You Buy
Sample Policy
“Can I try a few first?” — this is the second most common question, right after price. In-stock samples dispatch within 48 hours. Custom prototypes are quoted separately — timing depends on the mold and finish, so talk to us first.
$50–100 per Sample Order
Shipping paid by the buyer. We pull samples from our existing in-stock designs and dispatch within 48 hours.
Sample Cost Credited
Your sample fee is fully credited once your order reaches $500.
48-Hour Dispatch
In-stock samples dispatch within 48 hours. Select up to 5 designs. Custom prototypes: lead time on request.

We’ll send a detailed quote with unit prices, shipping cost, and estimated delivery date. No obligation.

Confirm & Pay
Approve the quote. We accept PayPal, T/T bank transfer, and Wise. Full payment for most orders; orders over $5,000 pay a 70% deposit with 30% balance before shipping.

Production, QC & Ship
We consolidate, inspect, pack, and ship. You receive tracking and compliance documents before dispatch.

🚫 What We Don't Do
We’re not a retail shop — minimum order is 100 pcs. We don’t ship to individuals buying for personal use. If you need 5,000+ pcs of a single design at the absolute lowest price, a direct factory will serve you better than a trading partner with quality control overhead.
Honesty saves everyone time. We’d rather lose a sale than disappoint a customer.

Common Wholesale Questions
Can I mix TPR, Silicone, and PU in one order?
Yes! Mix and match across all materials and designs. The only requirement is 12 pcs minimum per design and 100 pcs total.
How do I pay? Is PayPal available?
We accept PayPal for all orders, T/T bank transfer for orders over $500, and Wise for the lowest international transfer fees.
What if the products don't match the catalog photos?
Every order undergoes pre-shipment inspection. If products significantly deviate from the approved catalog images, we offer full refund or remake.
Do you dropship to my customers?
We don’t offer dropshipping — our model is wholesale to businesses. But we can ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses with proper labeling.
Can I get a better price for larger orders?
Yes. Per-piece pricing steps down at 50, 200, 500, and 1,000 pcs per design. Contact us for custom volume pricing on larger orders.
