What You Need to Prepare
The biggest barrier is thinking you need professional design files. You don’t.

Photos of similar products, sketches on paper, screenshots from Pinterest — anything that shows what you want.
A Rough Sketch
Napkin drawing? Perfect. Our mold engineers will turn it into a technical spec at no extra charge.
3D Files (Optional)
If you already have STL, STEP, or OBJ files — great. If not, we’ll create them for you.

How It Works
From Idea to Finished Product
A typical custom project takes about one month from confirmation to delivery — same-day quote, roughly a week for the sample, around 20 days for bulk.

Design & Quote
We prepare a 3D render, material recommendation, and quote — usually the same working day.

Prototype & Sample Approval
We make the mold and send a paid pre-production sample for approval. Adjustments are included before bulk production. About one week.

Bulk Production
After sample approval, mass production begins. Around 20 days depending on quantity.

QC & Ship
Pre-shipment inspection, compliance docs, then express or sea freight to your door.
Before Production
Custom Project Terms, Clearly Explained
These checkpoints protect your design, your budget, and the finished production order.

Sample Approval
Bulk production starts only after you approve the pre-production sample in writing. The approved sample becomes the production reference.

Intellectual Property
You are responsible for having the right to use submitted artwork, logos, and characters. Any exclusivity requirement must be confirmed before tooling begins.

Mold Ownership
Your paid custom mold belongs to you. We store it at no charge for future reorders; transfer or mold-shipping arrangements are confirmed separately.

Sample Revisions
The quote confirms which sample adjustments are included. Major shape or structure changes may require a new mold, added cost, and a revised timeline.

Mass-Production Tolerances
Small differences in color, softness, weight, printing position, and hand-finished details can occur. Acceptable tolerances are confirmed before sample approval.
You Might Not Need Custom
If you’re ordering fewer than 500 pieces, our ready-made catalog is faster and cheaper — test reports on request, and every design is license-free.
